Enjoy being in the heart of South Beach at the Roney Palace. Located in the same building as the One Hotel, residents of the Roney Palace share amenities with the One Hotel, a 5-star resort with a main pool, quiet secondary pool, lap pool, hot tubs, coffee shops, bar, and more. A small paradise in the heart of South Beach. Our newly renovated unit has ocean and poolside views. The beach is steps away, Lincoln Blvd is just 7 blocks away and Ocean Drive is a 20 min walk down the beach (9 blocks).

The space
The unit is a newly renovated one bedroom that sleeps 4 people. It is 865 sq ft interior with a large 120 sq foot balcony with ocean view overlooking the main pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to feel truly at home. The large living space has a dedicated dining area, workspace, and living room. There is a pull out sofa in the living room.
The bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom has a large walk in closet with a washer and dyer.
The building itself is a ultra luxe paradise located on a full oceanside block of Collins Ave (A1A), and is split into 2 sections. One section is the One Hotel, the other is the Roney Palace Condominiums. Our condo is located in the Roney Palace and shares its amenities with the One Hotel. The building itself has several restaurants, including an STK on the ground floor. There are 3 pools, multiple jacuzzis, 2 coffee shops (1 street side and 1 pool side), and multiple bars, including a rooftop lounge. The pools have private beach access and there is 24 hour security on site. The One Hotel charges its guests a $66/night resort fee to use its amenities. This is free for Roney Palace residents. All One Hotel amenities are included except the rooftop pool (rooftop lounge is included but the rooftop pool is not)
Everything in the building and in the unit have been carefully curated to provide the ultimate vacation in paradise.
The location simply cannot be beat. World class dining and entertainment are all within the building or blocks away as you are located in the heart of South Beach right on Collins Ave. Walk to the world famous Lincoln Blvd or Ocean Drive. Just a 10 minute drive to Wynwood/downtown and 15 minute drive to Brickell, explore all Miami has to offer from your home in paradise.
Gym membership requires extra fee.
Lounge rental on beach is $15 per day for Roney Palace residents (normally $90).

Guest access
The entire condo is yours to use. One closet is locked where we keep supplies.
All One Hotel amenities are included except the rooftop pool (rooftop lounge is included).

Other things to note
-30 day minimum stay is required by the building.
Stays for less than 30 days are allowed, but will be priced as a 30 day stay.
**Balcony will be closed and inaccessible due to repainting until August 12, 2026**
-There is a $30 resident keycard fee
-Show your keycard anywhere in the building, like restaurants, cafes, and bars to get 10% off your purchases
-There is a $150 background-check fee (that is paid directly to the building management, and is required of every resident in the Roney).

**1 HOTEL AMENITIES ACCESS CARD INCLUDED**
Access cards allow you to use amenities. You also get 10% off at restaurants in the building.
To issue the access card it is mandatory to send photos of all guests and an application must be submitted to the building management. Photos will be requested after booking confirmation and must be sent ASAP to begin processing access cards. There is a $150 processing fee paid directly to the building association per application (per unit) and $30 fee per access card (per adult).
Access cards give you the ability to roam freely through the building and 1 Hotel, as well as access to amenities within the building:
-3 pools- Rooftop pool NOT included
-Beach Access
-All food & beverage venues on property (discount with access card shown)
-Spa (call/visit Spa directly for pricing)
- Your unit has private laundry facilities, but access card also grants access to the building shared laundry facilities.
- Free valet parking
If you book a stay and your check in is in less than 3 days, we will issue a guest access card that you can use until your resident card gets approved. There is no fee for the guest access card. Guest cards function the same as a resident card but will not offer the discounted gym rate or the discounted beach chair rentals.
With your resident card, gym membership is: $187 per month, $55/day, $99 for 3 days, or $804 per year.
Beach chairs rentals with your resident card are $15 per day (normal is $90/day).
All chaise and lounges at the pools are free for guests, only the ones on the beach cost a fee.
